MAF Translator Gen2 |
This new MAF Translator is a dramatic upgrade from the
Gen1 unit. Borrowing technology from the Translator Pro, the Gen 2 now has
the ability to adjust fuel + or - 60% in 1/2% steps across 14 RPM bands in 3
different load areas! Settings are made by keypad entry on pages displayed on
the digital panel (similar setup to Apexi AFC's). Use a DSM MAS or GMAF - it works with all.

The " MAF Translator will allow
the use of a GM MAF sensor on the 3000GT & Stealth V6 twin turbo
cars and the 1G & 2G Talon & Eclipse Turbos. These low restriction
sensors will improve spool up time and air flow. The Translator will
also allow you to completely adjust your fuel curve to compensate for
changing conditions or modifications to your car. You can also compensate
by adding bigger injectors when you need them. When used on the 3S cars
you may chose from either the 3.5 GM sensor used on the late model LS1
cars or the 3.75 sensor used on the LS6 Vette. When used on the 1G &
2G TEL you can chose either the 3 sensor from an Impala SS or the same
3.5 unit above. This comes with complete instructions to get you started
and is easy to install.

compared your stock fuel pump, rated at 255 liters per hour and capable
of 90 psi. This pump will supply enough fuel for 550HP.
The kit comes complete with new o-rings, wire connector for upgrade,
micron filter element and even a new lock ring for the fuel filter.
